NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs is pleased to announce the sale of three parcels of land in the South Worcester Industrial Park (SWIP). The three parcels, 65 Armory Street, 17 Southgate Street and 25 Southgate Street in Worcester were purchased by Chacharone Properties, a developer and owner of numerous industrial and office properties throughout the city. Chacharone Properties will be constructing a new building of approximately 50,000 square feet for the Park’s first tenant, Table Talk Pies. Once completed, this new facility will bring 80 new jobs to the area. Construction is scheduled to be completed late 2017. NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs’ vice president, Michael Ivas represented both the Seller, the City of Worcester and the Buyer, Chacharone Properties of Worcester.
