James Glickman is a principal and founder of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs. He has been in the real estate business for over 25 years. He has assisted clients with a wide array of commercial/industrial projects from leasing and selling properties, to site selection, to long term strategic planning for asset maximization on several multi-million dollar developments. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and has been involved in the management and development of many large commercial, industrial and retail properties.James currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Worcester State University Foundation Board and Worcester Center for Crafts. He also has coached lacrosse for his son’s youth teams for several years. James is married to his wife Jenni and has two teenage sons, Jonah and Max. Interests outside of the office include skiing, and practically anything that has to do with being on or in the ocean including: surfing, windsurfing, fishing, sailing, and spear fishing. Jim is also a bee keeper.
Peter Kovago is a principal of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs. Peter was formerly a commercial banker, where he gained considerable knowledge in commercial real estate practices and investment real estate analysis. His current responsibilities include commercial real estate with an emphasis on tenant representation. Peter developed a method to evaluate properties using a weighted average matrix. It is based on understanding the specific needs of his clients and using that information to make fact base real estate business decisions. Some of Peter’s recent transactions include representing a light manufacturing tenant secure 140,000 square feet of industrial space in Central Massachusetts and representing an investor with the purchase of a $4,450,000 multi-tenant building in Worcester.You can follow Peter’s activities on his blog: Peter Kovago’s Blog. Peter obtained an undergraduate degree in Finance from Anna Maria College and a Masters Degree in Business from Nichols College. Born and raised in Worcester Massachusetts, Peter grew up in the Indian Hill Village district. He went to Indian Hill Elementary School. Peter was engaged by a previous owner of the building to place it on the market for sale. It was recently sold with the intent to obtain approval to convert the building into condominiums. Peter’s personal interests include mountain biking, cycling, skiing and catamaran sailing. Michael C. Jacobs is a principal of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs. After many years as a Director of Operations in the high tech industry, Mike joined the firm as a broker in 2003 and became a partner in 2007. Mike has concentrated his efforts on the Retail Industry and has been responsible for developing a Retail Brokerage and Development Program within the firm. Mike works with national and regional clients on site selection throughout New England as well as Landlord Representation on retail projects. Mike’s primary focus is on large & small box retail brokerage and development. Mike is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mike serves on the Charlton Economic Development Committee and was past president of the Charlton Little League. He studied at Assumption College and his hobbies include running, biking, skiing, golf and coaching baseball. He and his family – wife and two sons – are frequent visitors to Martha’s Vineyard.
Jeff Borus has been with NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs since 2001. He joined the firm after working for the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce and Worcester Business Development Corp. for eight years. Jeff received his Undergraduate degree from Assumption College and his Masters in Business from Nichols College. Jeff was also a commercial real estate appraiser for four years. Jeff’s focus has been on serving all parties in the commercial and industrial real estate market.
Carl has a business degree from The University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School. Along with his father, Carl started and operated their family business, Prime Value Mart of Worcester, where Carl was President and merchandise buyer. Carl and his brother David have worked together as partners in the Worcester business community and as commercial real estate brokers. Carl and David also manage commercial property for their family and partners. They were previously brokers with The Katz Companies.
David Burwick has a business degree from The American University in Washington D.C. After graduating from college David went to work with his family at Prime Value Mart of Worcester. David was a jewelry buyer and worked with his brother Carl. David and Carl have worked together for over 40 years. They continued to work together getting their real estate brokers licenses and working with Katz Companies before moving to NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs. They have been involved in the Worcester business community their entire lives giving them an understanding of being a landlord, tenant, business owner, and business operator. Their experience helps them assist clients with any of their real estate needs. David is married to Robin and has two children, Jeffrey and Kaitlin, two dogs Remy and Lansdowne, and loves to do anything outside especially skiing, golfing, and gardening.
Construction and Property Manager
Steve Greene has been with NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs since 2011. He is a Certified Public Accountant with over 12 years in the public accounting field as well as a Massachusetts licensed General Contractor with extensive experience in commercial and residential construction and remodeling. He is a principal of Glickman Kovago Construction and oversees the property management team at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs Management. Steve obtained a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology from Worcester State College and a Certificate in Accountancy from Bentley University. Steve is married to his wife Lisa and has three teenage children.
Indrek Buttner joined NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs in 2015. His focus is on the acquisition and sale of investment property. He specializes in off-market sales and acquisitions. Indrek received a B.A. in English from the University of Connecticut and a J.D. from Syracuse University. He is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts and Connecticut and a member of the Connecticut Bar. In addition to commercial real estate brokerage, Indrek’s 30 years of real estate experience includes owning and managing a construction company and being a transactional real estate attorney in the law department at a life insurance company and in private practice. During his career Indrek has been involved in the construction, acquisition, sale, leasing and management of hundreds of properties throughout the United States. Most recently Indrek represented the seller in the $2,080,000 sale of a Santander bank branch in Auburn, Massachusetts and he also represented the buyer in the $7,300,000 purchase of a Walgreen’s Pharmacy in East Haven, Connecticut.

Daniel Hollis joined NAI Glickman, Kovago & Jacobs in 2015 as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. Daniel has been investing in multi-family apartment buildings in Worcester since 2011 and will use this local market knowledge to assist his clients. He previously worked at Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut. He attended the University of Massachusetts and the University of Montana. Daniel has a beautiful daughter and son. His other interests include running, hiking, and camping.
David Eldredge has more than 35 years of real estate experience with a primary focus on multi-family buildings and property management. He bought his first 2-family residence at age 19 and by age 25 owned more than 100 apartments and 25,000 sf ft of commercial space along with overseeing a full-time staff of 25. He spent 10+ years in the financial services industry working with business owners and high new worth families to manage their investment portfolios for growth and capital preservation and income. He is the founder of a strategic real estate investment company and two residential brokerage companies.
David attended Northeastern University Boston School of Mechanical Engineering and gives back to the community by serving as vice-chair for the Falmouth Economic Development and Industrial Corporation. He is a past director for the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce. His personal interests include weight training, biking, RV’ing and boating. He has 5 children and 3 grandchildren. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the Cape Cod and the Islands Association of Realtors.
Matthew J. Mayrand has been working in commercial/industrial real estate for more than 13 years. In his last position, Matthew was Vice President at Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc. where he worked on the sales and leasing of office, industrial, commercial and retails properties throughout Worcester County. He has worked with a number of companies including Alternatives Unlimited, Chacharone Properties, Elder Services of Worcester Area, Galaxy Development, Plumbers’ Supply Company, Saint Vincent Hospital, and Spectrum Health Systems. At NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, Matt’s responsibilities include commercial real estate with an emphasis on tenant representation and investment real estate.
In 2010 Matt formed May Property Management, LLC to provide a higher level of residential property management services in Central Massachusetts and continues to oversee the company’s daily operation. He earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by submitting a qualifying portfolio of commercial real estate sale and lease transactions totaling $10 million and completing coursework in investment real estate. Currently, this specialty designation held by fewer than 4 other brokers in central Massachusetts.
In 1996, Matthew graduated from Clark University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Prior to entering the real estate profession, Matt worked in sales and marketing roles for advertising and technology companies. He was honored by Worcester Business Journal as one of the 2011 “40 Under 40”. Matt is married with one son and enjoys mountain biking, hiking and skiing. He is a below average golfer, but aspires to be mediocre.
Courtney is an Associate with NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs focusing on office and retail leasing and sales.
Prior to joining NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, Courtney worked as a leasing and sales agent at weRENTcentralmass and Coldwell Banker. She acted as an effective liaison between prospective tenants and landlords, advising clients and helping them with their real estate needs.
Courtney is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Massachusetts.
Evan has recently become a licensed salesperson with NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs where he was previously an intern.
He is a graduate of Holy Name in Worcester and is currently attending Bryant University in Rhode Island.
Susan joined NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs in June 2015. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office as well as the design and implementation of all marketing and advertising efforts, assists sales associates with client presentations, prepares correspondence and press releases, maintains database information and updates the company website.
Prior to joining NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, Susan was the office manager/leader of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties real estate office in Norwich, CT. She has held her real estate license in both Massachusetts and Connecticut since 2005 and has many years of experience in residential property sales. Before becoming a Realtor, Susan was the Senior Graphic Designer at Carlson Communications, an advertising, marketing and public relations firm in Northboro.

Anita has been with NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs since 2011. A graduate of Lasell College, she has more than 15 years of experience in management and banking. Anita is the firm’s Accounting Manager and handles all financial operations of the Brokerage, Property Management and Construction divisions.
Maureen Murray, a licensed real estate salesperson, has 25 years of retail and commercial banking experience. Former employers include well-known banks such as Flagship, Banknorth, Commonwealth National and most recently, United Bank in Worcester. As a Personal Banking Officer, she gained expertise in relationship development and deposit retention as well as community involvement. While working as a Commercial Loan Administrator, Maureen gained commercial experience through meeting customers, getting to know their businesses, and being involved in the lending process from analysis through funding. Her involvement in the Worcester community includes the North Worcester Business Association, Kiwanis Club of Worcester and the local chambers. Maureen and her husband, Scott, live in Charlton and together have 6 children. Maureen’s hobbies include spending lots of time and vacations with family and friends, riding on the back of her husband’s Harley and playing golf.
Jason joined NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs as the company’s financial controller in April, 2017.
