New Cumberland Farms Development – Ware

Glickman Kovago and Company announces the sale of land between James Andrews, III and Shawn R. Andrews of 1930 Gilbertville Rd, New Braintree MA and GC NF New England, LLC. The 224,396sf site, located at 195 West Street, Ware MA sold for $260,000. Cumberland Farms purchased the site and recently began construction of their 4,513sf convenience store and fueling station, slated to open Q1 2015. The site is a relocation of an older Cumberland Farms store across the street. Michael C. Jacobs, principal of Glickman Kovago and Company, represented Cumberland Farms.

Glickman Kovago and Company announces the sale of land between Roja Realty Trust of North Grafton MA and GC NF New England, LLC. The 57,693sf site, located at 217 Worcester Street, North Grafton sold for $1,160,00. Cumberland Farms purchased the site and recently began construction of their 4,500 sf convenience store and fueling station, slated to open Q1 2015. The site was formerly a single story multi-tenanted retail building anchored by Rite Aid. Michael C. Jacobs, principal of Glickman Kovago and Company, represented Cumberland Farms.

Glickman Kovago and Company, Leases to AT&T

Glickman Kovago and Company announces a lease between AT&T Mobility Corporate and RFP VI Hotel Worcester-O LLC. The 3,540sf retail space is located at 500 Lincoln Street, Worcester, Massachusetts. AT&T will occupy 3,540sf of the new 6,000sf commercial retail box on Kohl’s pad. The new interactive store lay-out is designed to focus on customer’s mobile lifestyle. Worcester is among the first to be awarded the new design and is further proof of AT&T’s commitment and investment to the city. Michael C. Glickman Kovago & Company has leased the property at 26 Town Forest Road in Webster, MA to Pine State Trading Company. Pine State is a distributor of merchandise to convenience stores and operates throughout New England.  They will occupy the entire property which is 15,540 sf.  James Glickman represented the owner on the lease.  Glickman Kovago Construction provided a turnkey build out of the building to suit Pine State’s needs.
