The property was sold by 2258 Berlin Turnpike LLC to FineRealty, LLC for $1,340,000. Cumberland Farms Purchases 3-Parcel Assemblage

NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs announces the recent sale of a three parcel assemblage in Hopedale, MA to Cumberland Farms, Inc. of Framingham. 121 Mendon Street – formerly owned by Arthur Maggiore, 124 Mendon Street – formerly owned by Peter and Sharon Doucette and 125 Mendon Street – formerly owned by David and Wendy Sullivan sold for a total purchase price of  $1,135,000. Sale was completed on February 23, 2017. Cumberland Farms is replacing an older small station with new prototypical concept. Construction is scheduled to commence immediately. 813 SOUTHBRIDGE STREET IN AUBURN SOLD

Michael Jacobs, principal at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs recently facilitated the sale of the property at 813 Southbridge Street in Auburn. The buyer, CM Developers, LLC, purchased the property for $580,000. Built in 1986, this 6,587 square foot building on a 4.1 acre lot was formerly a McDonald’s Restaurant. The new owner plans to develop the building into professional offices. Mr. Jacobs represented the seller, McDonald’s Real Estate Company of Delaware in the transaction.

3 Parcels at South Worcester Industrial Park Sold

NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs is pleased to announce the sale of three parcels of land in the South Worcester Industrial Park (SWIP). The three parcels, 65 Armory Street, 17 Southgate Street and 25 Southgate Street in Worcester were purchased by Chacharone Properties, a developer and owner of  numerous industrial and office properties throughout the city. Chacharone Properties will be constructing a new building of approximately 50,000 square feet for the Park’s first tenant, Table Talk Pies.
