Santander Bank Branch in Auburn Recently Sold

NAI Glickman Kovago &Jacobs would like to announce the sale of the Santander Bank branch located at 317 Washington Street, Auburn, MA. R&I Development LP of Clinton, MA sold the property to The M Hill Companies. The 3,725 sf bank branch on 1.81-acres is situated at intersection of Washington Street and Millbury Street. NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs recently sold the building at 1378 Main Street, Worcester, formerly owned by Black Marlin Realty, to Ketchum Properties, LLC.  The sale price was $240,000.  The new owners will update the apartment upstairs as rental income and the bottom portion will be the new home of Dr. Jonathan Ketchum’s Podiatric practice. Glickman Kovago and Company announces the sale of land between Roja Realty Trust of North Grafton MA and GC NF New England, LLC. The 57,693sf site, located at 217 Worcester Street, North Grafton sold for $1,160,00. Cumberland Farms purchased the site and recently began construction of their 4,500 sf convenience store and fueling station, slated to open Q1 2015. The site was formerly a single story multi-tenanted retail building anchored by Rite Aid. Michael C. Jacobs, principal of Glickman Kovago and Company, represented Cumberland Farms.
