Glickman Kovago & Company first announced that Kohl’s was coming to Lincoln Street in December, 2011.
The first tenant of the former hotel and conference center site was ALDI’s supermarket. Kohl’s is in full construction mode, but does not mark the end of retail expansion at 500 Lincoln. A smaller 6,000sf building is being constructed in front of the Kohl’s store.
The Lincoln plaza, directly across the street, features Lowe’s, Dick’s, Target, A.C. Moore, Barnes & Nobel, Stop & Shop, and Staples. Restaurants, Ruby Tuesday, Five Guys, Texas Road House, Papa Ginos and 5 & Diner. And smaller retailers, GAP Outlet, Radio Shack and Game Stop.
The plaza next to 500 Lincoln features, Bob’s Discount Funiture, Savers, Dollar Tree, Wendy’s, Denny’s, Rent-a-Center and Dunkin Donuts.
