Sample Reports
We pride ourselves on the ability to provide customized reports to our clients. Cash or Accrual basis, we will be able to provide you whatever you need. We have also developed some reports that are unique, for example, the ability to analyze the profitability of a particular space or unit, or reconciliation of triple nets with a push of a button. Below are some examples of some of our custom reports.
Profit & Loss by Tenant – This report serves two very important functions. First, is the ability to determine the profitability of a particular space. Performance can be analyzed and adjustments made to try to improve profitability over time. Secondly, the report provides the management team with a snapshot regarding actual operating expenses versus reimbursement by the tenant. At year end the difference between outlays and reimbursements are reconciled and charged back to the tenant whenever appropriate. View Sample Report [pdf]
Customer Lease Summary – This report provides a basic snapshot of the lease. This report is an extremely useful tool for tracking rent increases, lease expirations and other critical information. Our banking partners find this report useful for loan renewals and file updates. View Sample Report [pdf]
Reserve Worksheet – This report provides a summary of capital items that the management team, owners and vendors believe will become an issue during the ownership period. This report will tie into further financial analysis, depending on the desires of a particular property’s ownership. We will reserve monthly for all capital items based on their useful life.
