Glickman, Kovago & Company brokered the sale of 79 North St. in Southbridge for $240,000. Savers Bank sold the 23,600sf office and industrial building to Fromm Development, Inc. The building is to be occupied by Precision Testing Laboratories, Inc., a licensed clinical laboratory.

Malo Auto Body SOLD...
Glickman Kovago & Company brokered the sale of 73 West Boylston Dr the former Malo Auto Body in Worcester for $370,000. The property is currently a 9,617sf auto body shop. Malo Auto Body sold the property to 290 Auto Body. 290 Auto Body of LaGrange St is relocating to West Boylston Dr.

37 Town Forest Rd, Oxford Leased to J.B. Hunt Trucking Co....
Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered a lease agreement between James Perry and J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. at 37 Town Forest Rd in Oxford.
J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc., one of the largest transportation logistics companies in North America and will be using the 11,500sf space as a Fleet Maintenance Facility.

Mike Jacobs facilitates Lease agreement of new Panera Bread in Worcester...
Michael C. Jacobs, principal of Glickman Kovago and Company recently completed a lease for a new Panera Bread restaurant at 120 Gold Star Blvd, Worcester, MA.
The restaurant will be located in the former Dodge dealership building at the entrance to Home Depot and will have a 4,000 sf lay-out and 100 parking spaces. The restaurant is slated to open in the First Quarter of 2010.
The building has an additional 3,000 sf of adjacent space available for lease. Jacobs represented the property owner, Charles K. Ribakoff II. Harmon Lewis of National Commercial Brokers of Needham, MA represented the Lessee, PR Restaurants, LLC - franchisee of Panera Bread Company.
