Mike Jacobs facilitates Lease agreement of new Panera Bread in Worcester...
Michael C. Jacobs, principal of Glickman Kovago and Company recently completed a lease for a new Panera Bread restaurant at 120 Gold Star Blvd, Worcester, MA.
The restaurant will be located in the former Dodge dealership building at the entrance to Home Depot and will have a 4,000 sf lay-out and 100 parking spaces. The restaurant is slated to open in the First Quarter of 2010.
The building has an additional 3,000 sf of adjacent space available for lease. Jacobs represented the property owner, Charles K. Ribakoff II. Harmon Lewis of National Commercial Brokers of Needham, MA represented the Lessee, PR Restaurants, LLC - franchisee of Panera Bread Company.
Mike Jacobs completes two Land development deals in Charlton, MA...
Michael C. Jacobs, principal of Glickman Kovago and Company, recently completed two land development deals in Charlton, MA. Harrington Hospital, in a joint venture with CT Compass Development, acquired 3.1 acres on North Main street for a new 21,000 sf MRI Medical Center. Land was acquired for $950,000 and building is currently under construction. Seller – Triple T Realty - owns an adjacent 17 acres along Rt. 20 envisioned for future commercial development.
Southbridge Savings Bank acquired the 9.46 acre corner at Rt. 20 and Center Depot Road to build a new bank branch. The site was a former multi-tenant apartment building and barn owned by Center Depot Road Realty, LLC. The sale also included a cell tower master lease, which was part of the $850,000 price. Jacobs represented the Sellers on both transactions.
Zoot's Dry Cleaner properties Sold...
Michael C. Jacobs, principal of Glickman Kovago and Company recently completed sales of two former Zoot's Dry Cleaner properties.
942 Grafton Street, Worcester, MA - 2,184 sf freestanding building opposite the Perkins Farm Marketplace, was acquired by Midyat Properties for $360,000. The property will be owner occupied for a clothing alteration business and will be sub-divided for a small tenant.
386 Washington Street, Stoughton, MA - 2,475 sf free standing building situated at signalized intersection on Rt. 138, was acquired by Papantoniadis Properties, LLC for $540,000 and will be used as a restaurant. Seller for both properties was LG Holdings, LLC. Jacobs represented the Seller on both transactions.

Glickman Kovago & Company brokered the sale of 4 Town Forrest Road in Webster for $1.2 million. The property consists of 30,000 sf of warehouse & showroom space and sits on 10 acres of land just off from I-395. Moore’s Lumber sold the property to Hazard Marine.
James Glickman, Principal at Glickman Kovago & Company, represented the seller & procured the buyer in the transaction.
