Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered a lease agreement between Central Massachusetts Convention and Visitors Bureau and Commonwealth Management at 91 Prescott St. in Worcester.
The Central Massachusetts Convention and Visitors Bureau (CMCVB) is responsible for promoting the Central Massachusetts region as a convention and meeting site and a tourist destination. The Bureau is the primary local source of tourist information and industry news. The CMCVB is dedicated to promoting Central Massachusetts to the general public, convention and meeting planners, and tour groups.
The Central Massachusetts Convention and Visitors Bureau is relocating from their Elm Street location to Prescott St.
David Cohen of Glickman Kovago & Co. represented Commonwealth Management and Jeff Borus of Glickman Kovago & Co. represented the CMCVB.

Glickman, Kovago & Company brokered the sale of 891 Main Street in Worcester for $330,000. Ray Lavine sold the 3,000sf building to HT Homesite LLC.

79 North St. Southbridge SOLD...
Glickman, Kovago & Company brokered the sale of 79 North St. in Southbridge for $240,000. Savers Bank sold the 23,600sf office and industrial building to Fromm Development, Inc. The building is to be occupied by Precision Testing Laboratories, Inc., a licensed clinical laboratory.
