T-Mobile is expanding the number of stores in the Worcester area and its newest location will be along side Subway on Park Ave. T-Mobile Wireless Store, LLC leased 1,860sf of space in the 7,000sf building.

Mark Johns, Vice President of Glickman Kovago & Co. represented the landlord, Vasiliki Drallios in the transaction. Brian Nadler, National Commercial Broker, represented T-Mobile.

Nouma Energy, Inc has signed the first lease at the Riverbridge Complex in Berlin. Nouma Energy is opening a Shell Gas Station/ Convenience Store/Dunkin Donuts at the entrance to the complex, on the rotary.

Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered a lease agreement between A. Duie Pyle, Inc. and Keystone Automotive Industries, Inc. at 30 Goya Drive in Webster.

Keystone Automotive Industries, Inc., a subsidiary of LKQ Corporation, is the leader in generic collision replacement parts. They are relocating from their Sutton location to 35,500sf of space on 30 Goya Drive in Webster on December 1, 2010. Other Massachusetts locations include West Springfield and Taunton.

30 Goya Drive has 5,000sf of office space still available.

Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered three lease agreements at 560 Lincoln Street in Worcester, MA. The three retail spaces range in size from 1,200sf to 4,300sf.

The smallest of the spaces, 1,200sf, was leased by Pleasant Smoke Shop. Pleasant Smoke Shop is opening their second location here in Worcester offering Large Selection of Roll / Make Your Own, Premium and Domestic Cigars, Pipe Tobacco, and all of your tobacco needs. Pleasant Smoke Shop currently has a location in Malden, MA. David V. Cohen represented both parties in the transaction.

BMG Operations leased the 2,950sf retail storefront. BMG Operations is expanding their sweepstakes business from North Carolina to the New England area opening stores in Worcester and Springfield, MA. Their latest store, Worcester Cyber Café, is slated to open December 1, 2010. Mark Johns of Glickman Kovago & Co. represented the lessee and David V. Cohen represented the owner, Saddlebred LP in the transaction.

The largest end cap space in the plaza, 4,300sf, was leased by All About Home Furnishings, Inc. All About Home Furnishings is opening their second store in Worcester. Their first location is on Park Ave. David V. Cohen represented both parties in the transaction.

560 Lincoln Street is 22,240sf and is now fully leased. Other tenants include a liquor store, AutoZone, United States Post Office, tanning salon and a convenience store.

Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered a lease agreement between 120 Stafford LTD Partnership and Acclaim Home Health Care Inc. at 120 Stafford St. in Worcester.

Acclaim Home Health Care is relocating from their Martin Luther King Jr. Empowerment Center location to Stafford Station. Acclaim will occupy 2,200sf of space on the second floor, nearly twice the amount of space as their previous offices. All phone numbers will remain the same

120 Stafford Street still has 1,500sf of office space still available on the first floor.

Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered a lease agreement between New Point Auto and Craig Van Batenburg owner of 24 Wells St, Worcester.

New Point Auto is expanding their auto body business. Currently New Point Auto is located at 783 West Boylston Street in Worcester. Their new location will be 3,200sf.

Michael C. Jacobs, principal of Glickman Kovago and Company recently completed a lease for a new ALDI's Grocery Store at 500 Lincoln Street, Worcester.

Michael C. Jacobs, principal of Glickman Kovago and Company recently completed a lease for a new Sherwin-Williams retail store at 163 Boston Turnpike in Shrewsbury, MA.

Sherwin-Williams will be located in the former Mattress Discounters building on Route 9 and will have a 5,000 sf lay-out and 20 parking spaces. The store is slated to open December 1, 2010.
