T-Mobile is expanding the number of stores in the Worcester area and its newest location will be along side Subway on Park Ave. T-Mobile Wireless Store, LLC leased 1,860sf of space in the 7,000sf building.

Nouma Energy, Inc has signed the first lease at the Riverbridge Complex in Berlin. Nouma Energy is opening a Shell Gas Station/ Convenience Store/Dunkin Donuts at the entrance to the complex, on the rotary.

Keystone Automotive Industries, Inc., a subsidiary of LKQ Corporation, is the leader in generic collision replacement parts. They are relocating from their Sutton location to 35,500sf of space on 30 Goya Drive in Webster on December 1, 2010. Other Massachusetts locations include West Springfield and Taunton.

Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered three lease agreements at 560 Lincoln Street in Worcester, MA. The three retail spaces range in size from 1,200sf to 4,300sf.
The smallest of the spaces, 1,200sf, was leased by Pleasant Smoke Shop. Pleasant Smoke Shop is opening their second location here in Worcester offering Large Selection of Roll / Make Your Own, Premium and Domestic Cigars, Pipe Tobacco, and all of your tobacco needs. Pleasant Smoke Shop currently has a location in Malden, MA. David V. Cohen represented both parties in the transaction.
BMG Operations leased the 2,950sf retail storefront. BMG Operations is expanding their sweepstakes business from North Carolina to the New England area opening stores in Worcester and Springfield, MA. The largest end cap space in the plaza, 4,300sf, was leased by All About Home Furnishings, Inc. All About Home Furnishings is opening their second store in Worcester. Their first location is on Park Ave. David V. Cohen represented both parties in the transaction.
560 Lincoln Street is 22,240sf and is now fully leased. Other tenants include a liquor store, AutoZone, United States Post Office, tanning salon and a convenience store.
