Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered a lease agreement between 120 Stafford LTD Partnership and Acclaim Home Health Care Inc. at 120 Stafford St. in Worcester. Acclaim Home Health Care is relocating from their Martin Luther King Jr. Empowerment Center location to Stafford Station. Acclaim will occupy 2,200sf of space on the second floor, nearly twice the amount of space as their previous offices.
