Jeffrey R. Borus, who joined the NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs team in 2001, offers clients his longstanding experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing, valuation, negotiations and customer relations. His broad real estate experience includes industrial, retail, research & development, office, multifamily, and general commercial building sales, leasing and land development.

With real estate experience dating back to 1990, when he became a certified commercial real estate appraiser, Jeff has a clear understanding of value.  As past director of development of the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce and Worcester Business Development Corp., he administered a commercial real estate database for commercial brokers, gained commercial lending experience in administering the Small Business Administration 504 Loan Program, and developed general knowledge about various public and private finance programs.

Jeff has been involved with several significant real estate sales, including a 303,000-square-foot mill on more than 60 acres at 105-120 Gilboa St., East Douglas; a 194,000-square-foot mill on more than 10 acres at 8 Mill St., Dudley; a single-story manufacturing plant at 96 Southbridge Road, North Oxford; and an office building at 55 Linden St., Worcester. He has received a 40 Under Forty award from Worcester Business Journal. He also was noted in a Banker & Tradesman article.

Jeff has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Assumption College and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Nichols College.

A licensed real estate salesperson in Massachusetts, Jeff also has been a certified commercial appraiser.

His voluntary activities are as diverse as his work experiences, having coached town basketball and soccer, and served on numerous boards, including the Boys and Girls Club of Worcester, Big Brother, Big Sisters of Central Massachusetts, and Worcester Community Housing Resources.
