Dawn Kelley

Dawn Kelley serves as  Senior Property Manager, overseeing retail, restaurant, and industrial properties across Massachusetts. In her role, Dawn spearheads day-to-day management operations, drawing from over 23 years of extensive real estate management experience spanning Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.

Dawn’s expertise includes leadership, finance, personnel management, facilities oversight, mentoring, and client relations. She is known for her strategic approach to property management, with a proven track record in contract bidding, financial reporting, budget preparation, and capital planning. Dawn’s dedication to excellence has earned her recognition in Boston Agent Magazine’s “Who’s Who in Boston Real Estate” and membership in the International Diamond Society, representing the top 10% worldwide. She holds certifications from the National Association of Realtors as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and a Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) designee.

Dawn is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a concentration in Corporate Finance. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is actively involved in philanthropy, supporting organizations such as Project Purple, the Pan Mass Challenge, and St. Jude’s Hospital.
