Peter Kovago, principal at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs,
a leading commercial real estate brokerage and management company in Worcester,
is leading the marketing effort to secure a tenant for the iconic building formerly
known as the Lincoln Square Boys Club.
In a March 11th article in the T&G, the
Executive Vice President of WinnDevelopment Co. said the company is actively
marketing the property with Mr. Kovago leading the way.
Once Mr. Kovago and his team have secured a tenant, full
restoration will begin with historic preservation on the 48,000 sf building.
The project should take about 12 months or more depending on the tenant’s
needs.
